Uti or pregnant??

So i have been feeling really sick for a week almost nausea, dizziness, migrains(smells make it worse), lots of discharge, hot flashes, blue veins on my nipples and boobs they have also been sore boobs everytime i eat i feel sick afterwards, almost passed out after sex and was spotting a lil after..i mean just feeling like straight up shit well i went to the doctor yesterday and they told me i have a UTI but i havent felt like it i havent had any burning, my urine is fine not dark or cloudy and i havent been making more trips to the bathroom and ive also been drinking LOTS of water. Today my period was due and i still havent got it ive been having like stretching pains in my abdomen i had a dream i was pregnant and everything so i was wondering if i am pregnant could that test postive for a UTI? I am waiting to see if i miss my whole period before i take a test, i did read a UTI can give false negative results on a pregnancy test..has this never happened to anyone? I ovulated on the 10th of Feb. Thanks!
