How long should we abstain from sex before our <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>?

I have my second US tomorrow for this cycle. I was measuring with a 14mm and 12mm on CD10. My doctor bumped me up from 37.5 of Gonal F to 50 for the last two days. Tomorrow will be CD12. I usually ovulate CD14/15.

My first cycle of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> so I’m hoping we get to trigger tomorrow night with the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> on Thursday morning 🤞🏻
