Have you’ve been experiencing any cramping ?

I’m 27 weeks and I’ve been having on and off cramping my mom thinks it’s just the way the baby is positioning himself 
Baby is moving a lot so I know he’s okay 
Just curious why I’m cramping

It could be a few different things, from Braxton Hicks to just the baby moving. I believe I’ve experienced both. I’m also getting kind of crampy during and after exercise but it always goes away when I sit down

It’s your body getting ready for labour this can happen at any time of your pregnancy but most likely last trimester- it’s a good thing as long as they are random and not perfect timing apart as that would mean labour your experiencing Braxton Hicks.

Make sure you’re staying hydrated. Dehydration can cause cramping and contractions (Braxton Hicks). But cramping is normal. I tend to have more cramps when I’m active. So when we do a lot of walking, I get pressure and cramps pretty much in my vagina.
