Any insight?

I took letrozole this month. I got a positive opk this month.

My period is two days late. My stomach was cramping all last week, as usual with my periods. So I was expecting to start on time like usual.

The day before my expected period date I spotted, and the day of a little more spotting.

Now I’m on day 2 of a missed period.. with no signs of a period. No cramping, no spotting. I took a test and it was negative.

I don’t know what’s going on. Does anyone have any insight?
