I had been taking the pill for around 4 years but recently stopped taking it as I was getting a bit over it (was getting sick and often had down moods). I stopped taking my pill on the 22/1/20 and had my period from the 23rd to the 27th of Jan. I am now 4 days late for my period. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and how long it took for your body’s hormones to level out and get regular periods again??
