Finally got my BFP!!!!

I finally got my BFP after my chemical pregnancy in October, I had missed my period in January (I was supposed to get it the 23) and I had my positive this morning! I had an ultrasound due to getting negatives later in January and the gestational sac is 4 weeks and 4 days!! 😭❤️ has anyone had this happen before? I’m trying not to stress but I want to make sure it’s a viable embryo
