Is there a possibility I’m pregnant?

I have been taking the combination pill consistently since August. Sometimes I miss a few but I never let my boyfriend cum inside me so I never really was scared. Friday (02/14) it did happen though. I was on the second week of pills and that Wednesday (02/12) I forgot but doubled up on Thursday (02/13) to make up for it. I took my pill at the normal time Friday night too and since then.

Right now I’m on my placebo week and I’ve been experiencing an increase in white discharge with varying thickness/thinness and backaches. It usually takes until about Wednesday on placebo week for me to get my period/withdrawal bleeding but I’m still really scared. I know that if you miss one pill but take it as soon as you remember, you should still be protected, but I need some more advice.
