If you were having a large wedding, (250+ people expected) what roles would you designate to your maid of honor?

Would you have more for her to do if it was a larger wedding vs a small wedding? What would you ask of her?

My wedding is expected to have over 250+ people attend and more at the reception. My MOH hasn’t been very helpful. I’ve done everything without her. Dress shopping, picking out the match veil and hair accessories, shopping for flowers, making decorations and centerpieces for 30 tables by myself with the help of my mom on the weekends. She didn’t help me find any MUA or hair stylist either. I even had to go get her dress for her bc i was worried she was going to wait too long to get it and i brought it to her house and she paid me back but still... i guess i had a different idea of what the role was for a maid of honor. We have been friends for 15+ years.

Any time i ask her to help she gives me an excuse on why she can’t. Something they seem valid and honest and then sometimes they don’t.

Is my idea of a maid of honor not typical? What did yalls maid of honors help you with?
