Soda options?

I really enjoy Diet Pepsi and know it’s not healthy; especially while pregnant. I find the carbonation to sooth some nausea as well. Anyone have any good alternatives? I really haven’t had any luck w cArbonated water choices.

Carbonated water is an acquired taste. After adjusting to it and my brain stopped expecting it to be sweet like sprite, I really enjoy la Croix flavored water. I'd recommend at least trying it out for a week or so and see if you can adjust if you're really trying to kick soda

Zevia cream soda is like crazy similar to the real stuff, and a lot healthier! Their cola is good and their grape is ok, not sure about their Dr Pepper as I am not a fan.

Zevia is good, and I’ve also been keeping Sprite Zero around. I’m not a big soda drinker so I figure the occasional Sprite Zero is fine. I wouldn’t drink it super frequently though because of the aspartame, if you’re a regular soda drinker def go for Zevia (made from stevia) or even organic sodas like Blue Sky (as long as the sugar in it is ok for you) because they don’t have things like aspartame in them. Zevia makes caffeine free sodas, I’m not sure if Blue Sky does though.

Flavoured carbonated water has been really working for me! I’ve been able to find some really good flavours like coconut and blackberry 💜💜

I like spindrift brands. They dont have as many flavors but it's made with real fruit and tastes more like water with an actual lemon in it than most brands.

ICE is an amazinggggg alternative. i hate carbonated water, but ICE is 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
