First EP after 4 IUIs / 16 months of TTC

Absolutely devastated. Finally got a BFP after our 4th IUI. Went in for our first 6 week ultrasound to find out it was ectopic. Went in for an emergency surgery and they took out my left tube. So devastated and feeling so defeated :( I don’t know how anyone is able to just get through this
