How many minutes of tummy time do you actually do in a day total?

We probably only do 5-15 minutes of tummy time on a mat on the floor, but when you factor in time on our chests and such, it's a lot more.

My baby hates tummy time. He screams and cries real tears. It's like torture to him so I just do it until he gets upset. Which usually is only 5 to 10 mins. I have read that you can do tummy time on your chest as well. And he finds that more comfortable. Just something about being flat on his mat he does not like.
