What’s safe?

What are exercises for each trimester that’s completely safe to do while pregnant? For that “belly only” pregnancy body? Wanting to stay active so it will be easier for after the birth. Doing my best to eat healthy but not sure what that looks like with a baby growing bc I know there’s a lot of don’t eat this don’t do that etc. Its my first pregnancy very veryyy nervous to even bend 🤦‍♀️😂 only about a month.
