Toddler reacting to new baby?

I just recently had a baby (she is 1 month). Well 2 1/2 weeks ago my 2 1/2 year old began fighting bedtime. She has always been on a routine. Goes to bed at 730 every night. But now she cries and cries and refuses to go to bed. I tried pushing her bedtime forward by 30 min so now she’s in bed at 8 but that hasent worked. I even cut her nap time in half from 2 hours to 1 and still no luck. I think this may be a reaction to the new baby? Has anyone had this happen? What other ways I’ve your toddlers reacted to a new baby?
