Whitening Toothpaste

I know you ladies always have the best tips. What are some of your favorite whitening toothpastes that ACTUALLY help whiten your teeth. Also, have you tried any other products that have helped keep your smile white?? I feel like none of the whitening toothpastes actually so their job 😓

Update** I DO go to the dentist faithfully every 6 months! Just asking for additional pointers 😀
