Baby’s gum coming forward! Help mommies !

Babygirl is 7 months and I got a few comments that her gums are shifting forward which can lead to crooked teeth / teeth coming forward when the teeth comes in , I’m worried and I usually pull my nipple out when she’s done nursing as she won’t let it out on her own I’m sure I’m not the only one on earth doing this is there anyone else who pulls out ur nipple when baby hold on tight to it ? 🙋🏼‍♀️ 🙄 I question myself if that’s the cause or I’m just over thinking ??? Mummas help me with ur opinion and similar experiences and she still hasn’t crawled or trying to sit up 😰 much love and appreciate ur comments
