since your mouth isn't connected to your ovaries, uterus, or vagina, there's no way to get pregnant from swallowing semen. That said, you can stillget an STD from unprotected oral sex. So using a condom is still a good idea. However people may say theres a 000.1% chance it can make it to your ovaries, i forgot the term, its very rare and it only happends in 1/1000000000 people lmao. Like just in general, you cant get pregnant from swallowing sperm or "semen" unless your some rare dformality in your human body that connects the two, and thst is vary rare, you wont get pregnant
