Help me please

Girls I need your help! I posted in her last night asking for some advice as I came off depo about 5 months ago & yesterday morning thought my period was returning as it was red or brown everytime I wiped or a little bit off brown in a pad, and had pains, I got told looks like my periods starting, woke up this morning to little cramps but still no period& now stopped spotting all together🤔, could this be a sign off pregnancy? As I had no idea you could be pregnant without a period..
