Can I conceive?

I had unprotected sex on Sunday, July 20th. Then I stopped taking oral contraceptives on Tues., July 22nd but on Fri. July 25th, I had a bloody discharge. So I decided to take the last 5 birth control pills every other day so my period wasn't as random. I had unprotected sex on Aug. 23rd, completely off birth control and wasn't sure if I was able to get pregnant so I took Take Action (plan b) 14 hours after. After i took the pill, i was very tired and had period cramps but never any blood.

My boyfriend was performing oral on me (Sat. Sept. 6th) and after about my 4th orgasm, he noticed i had bled a large amount of blood.. thinking it was my period, i used a tampon. The next morning (Sun. Sept. 7th), i had no blood so we had sex (rough doggy), when we paused he noticed the large amount of blood once more but by the afternoon, the blood was gone again. The same day, Sun., I started retaking oral contraceptives but that night, I had unprotected sex as well as 2 times today, Mon. the 8th of Spet. How likely is it that I could conceive? I don't know if I'm ovulating, if I can ovulate, or if/ when my period is coming.
