Positive?! Please tweak

I had my Nexplanon removed on Sept 29, 2015 after having it in for 6 years total (2 times for 3 years each) during my 6 years on the bc I had only one period from September 15-18 so I didn't have much data to put into glow. My obgyn told me it was safe to start ttc baby #1 right away. A month later, could this be our BFP?! Please let us know if you see it, too! Thanks in advance! 😊
