I'm in a relationship were I really love him but I do miss hanging out and talking to the guy I hooked up with multiple times and once while in a relationship... We were really good friends... My boyfriend hates him and doesn't like me talking to guys..I feel guilty that I think like this.

Kinda wish you had an "other" option- I'm neither here nor there in this- however, I think there are people who would say that if you feel guilty then it's wrong. Personally, as long as you don't plan on/let anything happen/ing, then I reckon you're okay- you can't really help missing people, to be fair. However, maybe text him less or something? And if need be, assure your boyf that nothing is happening or will happen with him- the past is in the past and he can't hold that against you. Hope that helps in some way haha :)
