Factor V Leiden - Lovenox Injections
Has anyone else been diagnosed with factor V Leiden? I just found out I have one copy of the mutation (heterozygous). I'm honestly a little terrified. I'm currently 5 weeks and a few days and even though I've never had a blood clot, my doctor wants me to do lovenox injections.
I found out I had the factor V Leiden as part of a recurrent miscarriage work up - I'd had 2 very, very early miscarriages (one at 4 weeks and one at 5).
