FSH 75.5

I am 30 years old trying for our first. My FSH, TSH and prolactin were drawn cd 18. FSH was 75.5. ... TSH was 4 ... Prolactin was 7.3. (My FSH in summer of 2018 was only 5.1. I have cycles anywhere from 22-27 days and got my levels checked cause I had a 14 day cycle last month. )

I of course freaked out and called my doctors nurse whom took two days to get a hold of him because he wasn’t in clinic. He is rechecking my FSH tomorrow and checking my AMH but wants to talk in person and soonest available appointment is a week away.

I’m looking to see if anyone has had a ridiculous FSH like mine and it was a fluke or someone who went through this and what your options were with an FSH so high. I saw one poster mention a simile scenario but that’s it in my 3 days of frantic internet research.

My anxiety is through the roof and I just want to know what ways this could all go. 😭
