Need help choosing supplements
My husband & I are thinking of changing our preconception supplements & pregnancy supplements. I’m considering the Proceive Max supplement but I have some reservations. Has any ever used this supplement before? Was it good? Which preconception supplement & pregnancy supplement worked for you?
Just to give you some background my husband & I had a stillbirth 8 months ago & recently had a miscarriage. We are now at a point where we can’t keep doing the same thing & expect a different outcome, so this is why we are considering changing our supplements.
A friend of mine who previously had a stillbirth & miscarriage recommended the fertility supplement called Proceive Max & finally had her rainbow baby (this is of course one of many variables that helped the stars finally align for her).
While I know supplements are not some magic pill they certainly do help provide the nutrients a body needs that we don’t always get from our daily diets.
I’ve been using the liquid version of Pregnacare (I struggle to swollen tablets) while we were trying to conceive & during both pregnancies.
The Proceive Max supplement has 33 nutrients, folic acid, zinc, vitamin D & omega 3 plus it’s a liquid form which is perfect for someone like me who can’t swallow tablets. My only concern is that it is relatively new to the market, I think maybe just a few years. It’s sold at Boots & Holland and Barrett which is a little reassuring as I can’t imagine they would risk selling a product that isn’t trust worthy.
So wondering what people’s supplement recommendations are?
I know the above might seem like a strange question but I think most couples who struggle with pregnancy feel like they need to fix or change something to get a better outcome next time.
