Pelvic girdle pain relief
32 weeks with baby #2 & experiencing a LOT of pelvic girdle pain. Rolling over in bed, getting in & out of the car, or just parting my legs in general hurts like a mother f-er. It’s getting to the point now where walking hurts. I dread putting my pants on in the morning.
I’ve been using a belly band for a couple weeks now but it doesn’t seem to be helping.
It literally feels like someone is trying to pry my pelvis open (which I know is basically what’s happening lol!) & the pain is starting to radiate down my thighs.
Is there anything else I can do to help? I’m miserable 😩
