How many days did you take from work after d&c?

I just had a d&c yesterday. Im doing better than I thought physically and emtionally. Today happens to be my day off so i didnt have to worry but should I take tmrw off? I feel like its more for my mental health.

My dr gave me 2 weeks. For emotional reasons as well...

I had a D&E yesterday. Physically I’m in some pain today and most of the day I felt okay emotionally but then something will trigger me. I’m going back to work Monday because I want to feel normal and being out of work is stressful (I’m a teacher so every day I’m out to have to make a lesson plan). I don’t know if it’s enough time but I’m going to try to take one day at a time. Hoping for healing for both of us. Here if you need to talk.
