Could I be pregnant

So my period last month was all over the place I had it like twice in a month and this month I got it feb 1 to feb 5 I tried conceiving on the days that I supposedly ovulated I’m 3 days from my period and I took a first response test and it came back negative sadly I know first response is pretty accurate and can detect early but is there any way that I maybe could be pregnant
