Cramping & Spotting 8dp5dt

I've been cramping off and on after my FET on 2/19. This morning the cramps got worse and I started spotting. I have my beta tomorrow, the day AF is due. So I'm feeling like I'm out and totally devastated. All my previous pregnancies ended in MC. This is my first FET. The embryo is PGS normal, so I thought things might be different this time.

I know they say that the progesterone can cause bleeding, but I feel like this is the end. Anyone out there have spotting this close to beta and still get a BFP?

We only have one embryo left after losing the best during thawing and I'm desperate.
