Morphology help pls n any tips

Hi

We took semen analysis for my dh n found his morphology is at 6% only. Motility is 50% only. It decreased so drastically in 6 months. Doc appointment is next week so I am not sure what to expect n what to ask. He is on supplements already.

He smokes more now n stressed out so much

Would that be cause of it?

Has anyone had this morphology n conceived naturally.

Any ideas or tips pls
