ppd nightmares
last night was the very first night i’ve had a nightmare. i was sweating profusely and got up at 8am to shower because of it. the dream was so bad it was about me killing my baby and boyfriend and it was just so terrible i’ve never had a dream like that, i do have ppd and anxiety but this was just too much for me and i don’t know if this is normal i’m terrified
