IUD and Pregnancy

I am 36 years old and I have had my copper IUD for 6 years now and it has been great. Lately, however, I have been nauseous for about 2 weeks with some dizzy spells and a low grade headache off and on, as well as a very short period. I took a pregnancy test before my period was over and it was negative, but here I am a week later with the same symptoms. Just curious if anyone else has felt like this and it resulted in pregnancy with an IUD. Thank you all for ANY feedback because at this point I am thinking it’s anything from gallbladder to premenopause to cancer and everything in between.
