Best Prenatal Vitamins?

So I’ve been taking Nature made prenatal vitamins for the last 3 months and I just found out I’m pregnant. But I’ve been having terrible gas pains and constipated. I think it may be my prenatal vitamins. What do you guys take?

Gas and constipation are more likely from hormones. Progesterone slows down digestion. Try eating easy on the stomach foods.

I’m currently taking Vitafusion prenatales with extra folate because I have an MTHFR deficiency that I still take the supplement of as well. My primary doctor told me that it was a really good brand. I’m thinking of trying Olly from target next round

The gas and constipation might just be your normal pregnancy symptoms as your uterus stretches and presses against your digestive track. I was struggling prior to pregnancy with a prenatal making me constipated (open nature) but it had a lot of iron so I switched to rainbow minis that have probiotics instead. Feel better but still have serious bloat and gas from my pregnancy.
