Robitussin DM for Children

Would taking this be okay if I’m 32 weeks pregnant? I have an extremely bad cold and ear infection so I’m taking amoxiclav already for ear infection and they suggested Sudafed for congestion but I already had this Robitussin in my home would it be safe to take since it’s a children’s medicine? Doesn’t say it has alcohol or anything and I know Robitussin dm was on some people’s lists
