My husband is a hypocrite

I wanna start off with saying that I love my husband very much and he’s my best friend but lately I’ve been noticing things that he does and says that I find to be extremely hypocritical and I call him out on it. For example last weekend I wanted to go out with my friends on Saturday and he reminded me we were going somewhere so I said ok then I’m going out on Sunday and he said no, he wanted to spend time with me and I was upset but didn’t say much. The next day he tells me that his friend wants to hang out with him on Sunday so I can go out if I want to now since he won’t be home. He tells me I can’t follow my male coworkers on Instagram but he has females on his and I’ve told him it doesn’t bother me as long as he keeps things appropriate. I’ve tried to reason with him, I’ve tried everything to get it through to him that it seems like it’s ok when he does something but it’s not ok when I do it. Does anyone have advice for me? Besides divorce lol
