PCOS + weight loss advice
Recently had an appointment at the fertility clinic, however they do not offer any treatments until Bmi is below 30.
I am currently very overweight (need to lose around 6-7 stone) and am looking for advice on how to lose it.
This is the kick up the bum I need to lose the weight and keep it off...
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated
