If I had a chemical pregnancy how soon would I start bleeding? 2 weeks ago over a span of 3 days I had multiple positive tests. Then they started turning negative. A week later I went and got a blood test done and it was negative. I’m 10 months postpartum and haven’t had my first cycle yet. I tested because I was nauseous and extremely tired. I still feel the same way and have been having off and on cramping which I experienced in my first three pregnancies. But no bleeding yet? I’m so confused 😭😭
