Chemical pregnancy

Just going through a chemical pregnancy. Anyone had these and have any tips for dealing with the side effects. I'm two days into period now and still feeling the side effects. Also, does anyone know how common these are. Feeling like I cannot make a pregnancy stick after this and a miscarriage.
