Anyone started producing milk during first trimester?

For most mothers milk production begins around the midpoint of pregnancy, but it is also possible to start producing colostrum as early as 3-4 weeks. I did my research. I am 4 DPO and my breasts feel very sore and nipples have been hurting. Noticed drops when pinching my nipple.

Milk production does not begin until a baby is born. Pregnant women can produce colostrum throughout their pregnancies until the placenta detaches from the uterus. Milk production begins a couple of days after birth. Also, you haven’t even implanted yet at only 4 DPO so you couldn’t possibly have any symptoms of pregnancy until implantation occurs (usually 6-12 days past ovulation) and HCG begins to flood your system.
