I have the kyleena IUD for about 6 months now, I take doxycycline daily since January 6th to help with acne from my IUD, and I am also considered pre diabetic after having my son whom I had gestational diabetes with. I keep having nausea on an off, nothing bad. I had on and off spotting for a couple days last week which is not normal for me as I normally lightly bleed for 12-14 days since getting my IUD. I'm wondering if it's just my IUD, my medication, or if I should retest. The nausea has been on and off for about 2 weeks now and we only use the IUD for protection.
