Stress free life
I know is impossible 😂😂
But my body hasn’t been handling stress well. A few days after getting really stressed, I start having physical signs of distress.
I’m one of those constantly stressed people. I have an anxiety disorder so relaxation doesn’t come easy for me!
I work full time at a job that has been stressful for me.
Does anyone have any advice that could help me cope with stress better? I’ve been taking vitamin D lately and it seems to be helping with depression & anxiety. But I know I need to do more.
