How to correctly make formula powder bottle?

Question

For the first two months I’ve been using ready to feed formula since we had some minor complications and was told rtf would be better since my baby was recieving antibiotics now i am ready to start powder formula. 
My question is do I boil the water even if it’s bottled water ? And then let it cool down for 30 minutes can I still use the rest of the water of put in a thermo after to keep the temperature?  
Or can I simply just take bottled water in the bottle with the formula?
I don’t trust my tap water so that’s why I’m choosing bottled waters

Just put the bottled water in the bottle and then add the formula. Just use the water room temperature. That’s all we do. We buy a case of bottled water and load up our one cabinet with them and when we make a bottle we fill the bottle to the amount of oz we want and add the correct amount of formula to it. I personally find it to be the easiest because we just take bottled water in her diaper bag when we go places and she’s used to room temp water so we don’t   Need to worry about it being warmed at All.

We use this brand of nursery water and add the correct amount if scoops. In the hospital we fed it to our son at room temperature so we kept it that way.

If you have recently tested well water you can use that. That’s what we use.

I would sterlise my bottles.. then fill with how many oz she was on with boiled kettle water then when cooled and she wanted a feed id add the formula and warm up in a jug of boiling water. I then went out and purchased the tommee tippee perfect prep machine. And it was the best thing I ever done

I breastfeed but there is nursery water you can buy if that’s easier.. but I do know like someone else mentioned you’re not supposed to use just bottled water because of the sodium

According to the NHS website bottled water isn't recommended for babies under 6 months old. I usually boil the kettle and leave it to cool then use that water for bottle, then I fill another bottle ready for next feed and put the formula in when he's ready for the feed. Then I would boil the kettle again with fresh water and when that's cooled down fill another bottle up ready for next feed. X
