I ’ve seen a couple posts about the death penalty. So I thought this would be a good reference. I don’t know how many people watched “The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez”. If you have not it was about a 8 year old boy who was tortured and killed by his mother and boyfriend. They kept him in a box and starved him. Knocked his teeth out with a bat, and did lots of horrid things I won’t insert. Long story short over a span of 6 or 8 months they tortured him till one day they beat him to death. The jury found the boyfriend guilty of first degree murder. Do you believe because of what he did he should serve life or be put to death?
