Constipation

Okay my baby girl is 1 month old but she has been constipated ( atleast what she shows and I know of ) she’s been like that for a week and pushes and just farts a lot no poop what so ever , she’s been fussy and pushing but can’t seem to poop so I have helped her a few times by doing bicycles and she goes poo poo , her poop isn’t hard at all it’s very much loose so I can’t understand why she can’t poop on her own , I took her to her pediatrician and she didn’t check her what so ever just said it was okay for babies to poop atleast once a week . Like wth 1 week ? I don’t think so. Any remedies ? You guys can share with me , I’m a ftm.
