I know most everyone is probably asleep. I'm up breastfeeding and struggling.. I've experienced a lot of clogged ducts, but not this before. Yesterday I got breast pain seemingly out of nowhere, like seriously feels like someone punched me hard in the tit. It doesn't feel engorged or clogged (from what I can tell) or anything, and it hurts specifically along one duct straight to the nipple. I can't even lay on it or touch it without pain. I feel fine other than this. I don't understand.
