Mamaroo vs a swing?

Question

Trying to decide whether to purchase the mamaroo or just a swing. I’ve heard mixed reviews and I’m a first time mom so I have no experience! Which one worked better for you?

With my 1st two, we had just a Graco swing and they both mostly hated it. My son, 4 days old now, seems to love it but he is an exceptionally laid back, calm and relaxed little dude so it may be hard to know for sure but it's worked well so far for us.

I got a mama roo second hand (thank goodness it was only 50$) and my kid doesn’t like it yet not enough motion so we found this swing at tj max for 30$! He loves it!

We have the rackaroo and my son loves it. We had a swing but he did not like that at all.
