How long did you bleed after C section?

I’m currently 3 weeks postpartum from a c section and I’m still lightly bleeding. Definitely increases when I do more around the house. How long did you ladies bleed after your c section? And we’re you intimate right around 6 weeks of being cleared? TIA

10ish weeks with my first. Only 4.5 weeks with my second. It was pretty heavy too with my second and just literally stopped out of no where

I actually didn’t bleed at all until 3 weeks PP. When I had my two week check up, my dr. thought it was strange but didn’t seem concerned. When I finally did start bleeding, it was extremely scary heavy for an hour and then on and off for 4 weeks. My dr never asked that I come back for another check up so I only saw him 2 weeks PP.

I bled for 6 weeks after mine.. was intimate after that but it hurt like heck!! It was still so tender inside

I think I slowed down around the 3 week mark after my c-section. I wasn't cleared for sex until my 8 week check up. And we waited a little while after that
