We're doing some sleep training with my six month old. The first night, she cried for 40 minutes but since then she has fallen asleep quickly and soothed herself when she wakes up in the middle of the night. However, while previously she would wake up in the late morning and I would feed her and put her back to bed (for a total of 12 hours), now she is waking up at the 10 hour mark and I can't get her to go back to sleep. She is getting less sleep total over the course of the day. What should I do? Accept the 10 hours of sleep? Or leave her when she wakes up in the morning to see if she can maybe start sleeping through later again? Please help!
