Hi ladies,

I am 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I had a dream I was bleeding red blood so I woke up in a panic and went to the toilet to check. Nothing there. I got back into bed and felt abit wet so went back to the toilet and had bright red bleeding. I have been having it since. I went to the hospital straight away but there’s nothing they can do but go home and rest and wait to be called Monday to be booked in for a scan.

I’m going out of my mind. Anyone had moderate to heavy bleeding in the second trimester and everything be ok?

I have had a little bit of mild cramping at one point but I haven’t had any pain or cramps with the bleeding since about 4 hours ago 🤞🏼
