Sleep regression kicking my butt😫😢

My little girl is going through a huge sleep regression, she’s 16 weeks (was born just before 42 weeks so I’m guessing that’s why it’s already started) but she’s up every 30-45 mins a night. It’s been like this for about 2 weeks and that with the added dark and cold weather, normal life stressors and a partner suffering from depression, I feel like I’m just done😔

Anyone have any uplifting experiences of making it through this regression sooner rather than later? I know we just have to work through it, but any advice? (I’m working with the No cry sleep solution techniques, dark room, white noise, etc, but any other ideas??)
