Struggling post depo & being young

I was on the depo for about 5-6 years. My last shot was 18 months ago. I’ve been having positive opk tests for at least 6 months . I’ve been ttc since I got off the depo. It’s a hit or miss if af will come when she’s suppose too. I skipped a period a few months ago, which ended up giving me 2 periods in the month , only a week apart . Recently she just comes a few days earlier then what’s predicted . I’ve been worried there’s a problem like endometriosis (not 100%, but having similar symptoms) , or something like that, but my doctors are refusing to even look into it because I’m ttc at such a “young age” I’m 20. When I argue that, they use the excuse it can take up to 2 years to get pregnant after depo, once it’s been that long they’ll check me out. It’s pathetic & I know I need a new doctor , I’m working on it . I am now taking prenatal pills , & I do have preseed.

I guess my question is, if I’m ovulating & have been for months now could the depo still be the reason I’m struggling w/ getting pregnant ? Tired of every symptom I have my doctors blaming the depo & turning their head to me.

Also anything recommended to help conceive ?
