Pregnant after tubal ligation.

With second morning urine today I took a test and it came back positive. I have been feeling pregnant for the last 4 days. I had my tubal done right after I gave birth to my last child almost 10 months ago. My tubal was only cutting a little section out of each fallopian tube and that was it. No burning the ends or anything like that. Well I was reading that theres a 5% chance for pregnancy after the first year if your between the ages of 20-28 when you get your tubal done(I'm gonna be 22 next week). Has anyone gotten pregnant after your tubal and it was a normal pregnancy or has anyone know someone to get pregnant after their tubal and had a full term baby? We really want a healthy normal pregnancy so bad.
